This weekend sees the Premier League head into the final third of the season and the table is stretching out a little at the top and, despite everyone predicting them to fall away, Leicester still lead the way at the top of the league.
The Foxes have enough about them to get the better of Manchester City, whom they play at the Etihad on Saturday lunchtime, a game that is just one of our seven both teams to score betting tips for this weekend.
Saturday 6th February 2016
- Manchester City v Leicester City (8/11 with Betfred) – These two sides have been banging in the goals all season and despite the last meeting between the pair ending 0-0 we can’t see this one ending in anything other than a goal fest and we suspect both keepers will be busy at the Etihad on Saturday.
- Tottenham Hotspur v Watford (4/5 with Betfair) – Spurs have been electric going forwards lately and we think that they’ll help themselves to a goal or two when they face Watford this weekend. However, the Hornets are no mugs and they too have plenty of striking options.
- Bolton Wanderers v Rotherham United (8/11 with Bet365) – From the upper reaches of the Premier League to the lower echelons of the Championship now and we’re tipping there to be goals in this clash at the Macron Stadium. The home side have seen five out of their last six matches end without a clean sheet and we think it will be a similar story in this relegation six pointer.
- Stoke City v Everton (4/5 with Betfair) – Stoke haven’t been involved in many high scoring games this season but they played out a cracker with Everton earlier in the year and we think that this one has plenty of goals in it, with Everton a joy to watch going forwards, but slightly less impressive at the back.
- Charlton Athletic v Bristol City (8/11 with Betfred) – Another game from the bottom of the Championship as Charlton take on Bristol City at The Valley. We think that there’ll be goals in this one after Charlton smashed four goals past Rotherham last weekend as they look to continue their recent form.
Sunday 7th February 2016
- Bournemouth v Arsenal (5/6 with Coral) – Bournemouth are a side with plenty of goals in them and we think that they’ll be able to hit the back of the net against Arsenal, but we’d be mightily surprised if they were able to keep a clean sheet against the Gunners.
Monday 8th February 2016
- Southampton v West Ham (5/4 with Betfair) – Slaven Bilic has worked wonders at West Ham, but he has a lot to thank Dmitri Payet for and the Frenchman has been in great form this season. Both of these sides have goals in them and they are both in good form, so it stands to reason that we’re backing this to be an entertaining game on Monday.
