This weekend sees a number of Premier League games which could go either way so you may well be better placed if you opt to put on a both teams to score accumulator rather than your usual win/lose/draw one this weekend.
If you’re unsure who to plump for, fear not, as we have selected seven fixtures which we think will see both keepers pick the ball out of the back of the net.
Saturday 5th December
- Stoke City v Manchester City (5/6 with Betfair) – Manchester City are an excellent attacking outfit and we can’t see them being held to a clean sheet as they face Stoke this weekend. However, the Potters are a good side in front of their own fans and they have plenty of potential match winners in amongst their ranks.
- Manchester United v West Ham (11/10 with Betfair) – United haven’t been great value for BTTS this season but we think that they’ll see both sides score in this game against West Ham. The Hammers are a side who perform well on the road and when they get going they are a joy to watch, although they can be a bit suspect at the back.
- Swansea City v Leicester City (4/7 with Ladbrokes) – Leicester have scored in every game so far this season and we can’t see that run stopping as they prepare to face Swansea on Saturday. However, whilst they have been scoring a lot, clean sheets have been few and far between and Swansea could well get a few chances.
- Arsenal v Sunderland (11/10 with Betfred) – Injuries once again look as if they are going to derail any potential title bid form Arsenal and the absences of Francis Coquelin and Laurent Koscielny will hurt them defensively. They do of course have enough firepower to overcome Sunderland but we think that they may well concede against a Black Cats side who will be riding high after their wins over Stoke and Crystal Palace.
- West Bromwich Albion v Tottenham Hotspur (21/20 with Betfair) – The Baggies don’t have a great defence at home and that may well be exposed by a Spurs side who are unbeaten since the opening day of the season. The Baggies sit in 12th place having scored in five of their last six games.
- Chelsea v Bournemouth (10/11 with Betfred) – Bournemouth are a side who like to play on the front foot and having scored five goals in their last two games they’ll be riding high as they head to the capital. That said, we’d be very surprised if they managed to keep a clean sheet against the Blues.
Monday 7th December 2015
- Everton v Crystal Palace (4/6 with Sky Bet) – Crystal Palace scored five at home against Newcastle last weekend and although Everton are very much a different proposition we still think they’ll be able to find the back of the net, although we’d be surprised if they kept a clean sheet against a Toffees side who are the third highest scorers in the division.
