There are no non-league sides left in the FA Cup after Eastleigh were knocked out by Bolton Wanderers in a replay but there is still the potential for there to be a few giant-killings with Colchester and Carlisle looking to write themselves into FA Cup folklore. They both feature amongst our latest batch of BTTS betting tips, along with five other top tips.
Saturday 30th January 2016
- Colchester United v Tottenham Hotspur (31/40 with BetVictor) – Tottenham are unlikely to field a full strength side which could open the door a bit for Colchester. As always, the pressure will all be on the Premier League side and this looks like it will be an entertaining clash with plenty of goalmouth action.
- West Bromwich Albion v Peterborough (10/11 with Ladbrokes) – This is another game which should be worth a watch. After Conor Washington left London Road, Peterborough moved quickly to acquire some attacking reinforcements and in Adil Nabi, who signed from West Brom, they have a very good quality striker. This game looks like it should have plenty of goals, making BTTS look at attractive option.
- Aston Villa v Manchester City (5/6 with Bet365) – Manchester City haven’t been good on the road this season and we think that they will concede against Villa on Saturday. However, the visitors have been scoring their fair share of goals this term and Remi Garde’s side are hardly the best at the back.
- Bolton Wanderers v Leeds United (10/11 with Sky Bet) – Both sides hit the back of the net the last time they met and we think that there will be goals again this weekend. The home side have been involved in some high scoring fixtures lately and with Leeds able to field Chris Wood after injury there could well be a few more goals on Saturday afternoon.
- Portsmouth v Bournemouth (8/11 with Ladbrokes) – Pompey beat Championship side Ipswich to reach this stage of the competition and we can see there being quite a few goals as they take on south coast neighbours Bournemouth. Eddie Howe’s side have been in good nick going forwards this season but we reckon that they’ll concede against a Portsmouth side who’ll be bang up for this.
- Liverpool v West Ham (20/21 with BetVictor) – Liverpool have lost 5-0 on aggregate over the two games between the two this season yet we think that there will be goals when the two meet at Anfield on Saturday evening. West Ham have been in fine form yet Liverpool have started to find the back of the net and this game really could go either way.

- Carlisle United v Everton (8/13 with BetVictor) – Carlisle host Everton at their newly laid pitch and it should be an entertaining game given the way that Everton have been playing this season. Roberto Martinez’s side will more than likely find the back of the net but they will also offer up chances for the home side.
