After some surprisingly exciting international friendlies over the last few days, football fans will be looking forward to another batch of them in the coming days. With many a manager trying to work out their final selections for their Euro 2016 squads, the energy levels on show are going to be greater than we would usual see in friendly matches, and we fancy that will result in plenty of BTTS bets coming in!

- Sweden v Czech Republic (Evens with Coral) – Both these sides have been drawn in tough groups in the Euros in France, but they will be hopeful of making it to the knockout stages. Sweden should win this one based on the quality in their squad, especially with Czech Republic’s confidence likely to have dipped after their home defeat to Scotland. But the visitors will want to make amends for that poor showing and we can see them getting a goal in this one, making BTTS looks a tasty prospect at evens with Coral.
- Austria v Turkey (19/20 with Betfair) – These two sides will be looking forward to testing themselves in France in the summer and both will be going all out for a positive result in this game, which both managers will see as winnable. Both posted decent 2-1 home victories in their last matches (Austria versus Albania, Turkey against Sweden) and this one could go 2-1 either way. Whatever the scoreline, backing both teams to score looks the way to get yourself a profit.
- Switzerland v Bosnia-Herzegovina (10/11 with Sky Bet) – Bosnia-Herzegovina completed a routine victory over Luxembourg at the weekend, and though this trip to Switzerland will be far more testing for them we expect them to cause their hosts some problems. The Swiss might have narrowly lost to Ireland on Friday but we expect a much better performance in this one as they attempt to build momentum ahead of the Euros. Both teams to score looks a nice value bet at just the wrong side of evens.
- Germany v Italy (5/6 with Ladbrokes) – Germany rarely concede three goals against anyone (let alone England!), but that is what happened on Saturday. While Italy are not the most free-scoring side around, we fancy they could nick a goal in Germany, albeit while conceding at least one.
- England v Netherlands (Evens with Bet365) – England were very good against Germany, but their long-lasting defensive issues were apparent once more. While we think they will beat the Dutch, we really can’t see a clean sheet for Roy Hodgson’s men. We anticipate an exciting game which could well have two or three goals apiece, so get your BTTS bet on for this one.
- France v Russia (8/5 with Coral) – Though France are strong favourites to win this one, boss Didier Deschamps is likely to take the opportunity to test some fringe players, thus Les Bleus might not have their usual levels of cohesiveness. After a solid 3-0 victory over Lithuania on Saturday, we fancy the Russians to get on the scoresheet here so back both teams to score at this generous price.
