We fancy there to be plenty of goals this weekend as teams cast off the shackles and enjoy the last game of the season.
Recent years the last day of the Premier League season has seen a good number of high scoring results including an astonishing 5-5 draw between West Bromwich Albion and Manchester United. We’ve got seven great BTTS tips for you to cast your eyes over, so let’s hope for a few 5-5 matches here to end the season with a bang!

- Hull City v Manchester United (7/10 with Ladbrokes) – Hull need a win to stay up and they will take confidence form West Brom’s win over Chelsea last Monday. Whilst it is possible that United may take their eye off the ball a bit we still fancy them to get past a hapless Hull defence, but BTTS looks a solid bet.
- Everton v Tottenham Hostpur (8/13 with BetVictor) – Tottenham won their home match against Everton 2-1 earlier in the season and both sides have goals running through them. The Toffees have turned their season around and Roberto Martinez’s side have now scored in eight of their last nine Premier League matches.
- Arsenal v West Bromwich Albion (evens with Betfair) – The Baggies showed with their 3-0 win over Chelsea that they have enough about them to trouble the big boys and Saido Berahino may prove to be a handful once again. However, Arsenal have only failed to score twice in their last 16 matches and both to score looks a relatively safe option here.
- Chelsea v Sunderland (5/6 with Ladbrokes) – Sunderland famously ended Jose Mourinho’s unbeaten run at Stamford Bridge and with the Black Cats still in danger we’d back them to score against the Blues in west London. However, Mourinho will demand a reaction from his troops after their embarrassing defeat on Monday and we definitely fancy both teams to score in this match.
- Manchester City v Southampton (evens with Betfred) – Southampton put six past Aston Villa last weekend with Sadio Mane blitzing the record for the quickest hat-trick in Premier League history. That result underlined how impressive Ronald Koeman’s side can be as they prepare to face a City side who have scored 10 in their last two matches in the league. However, as they showed against Swansea last weekend, this City side will always give you chances to get back into the match making both teams to score look a very good bet at evens.
- Stoke City v Liverpool (2/3 with Ladbrokes) – Both sides have scored in Liverpool’s last three matches in the league, including last weekend’s 3-1 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace in Steven Gerrard’s last game for the club in front of his home fans. Stoke are impressive at home as well and they have scored plenty recently and we’d back that run to continue as they host a Liverpool who have lost their way of late.
- Aston Villa v Burnley (31/40 with BetVictor) – Villa shipped six last weekend and with Sean Dyche’s side winning against Hull we’d back them to score against Tim Sherwood’s outfit. However, with Christian Benteke in good form, we’re backing Villa to get a few in front of their own fans so back BTTS for a nice profit.
