This Sunday looks set to be a bumper day of football with three televised matches taking place, as well as some fascinating games on Saturday too.
First up on Sunday its Sunderland against Newcastle, then the Manchester derby and finally Liverpool host Southampton in the later game and that means you won’t want to leave your sofa all day. All three matches feature in our BTTS tips this weekend as we bring you our top bets.
Saturday 24th October
- West Ham v Chelsea (13/20 with BetVictor) – West Ham have been scoring plenty so far this season and we think they’ll grab a goal or two in this one as they take on Chelsea. The Blues have only kept two clean sheets so far this term and we think that they’ll concede a few at Upton Park.
- Leicester City v Crystal Palace (13/20 with BetVictor) – Both of these sides are in the upper reaches of the table and both have plenty of goals in them with Palace boasting an excellent array of attacking options. The Foxes are also pretty handy going forwards, having scored 19 goals so far this term.
- Norwich City v West Bromwich Albion (19/20 with Coral) Alex Neil’s side shipped six goals last weekend against Newcastle and with Albion scoring a few lately, we can’t see them keeping a clean sheet in this one. However, the Canaries have scored a decent amount so far this season and we think they’ll find the back of the net in front of their own fans.
- Arsenal v Everton (3/4 with Betfair) – Everton have had an up and down start to the season but we think that they’ll score in this one despite being shut out last time out. At the other end though, we can’t see them keeping out an Arsenal side who have scored 11 goals in their last three matches.
Sunday 25th October 2015
- Sunderland v Newcastle United (3/4 with Betfair) – The Tyne Wear derby is one of the biggest matches in English football but at the moment it is looking more like a relegation scrap with both sides down the bottom of the table. The Black Cats have a great record over their rivals but with Newcastle scoring six last weekend, this game could go either way.
- Manchester United v Manchester City (13/20 with BetVictor) – City have been on fire going forwards this season and they lead the goalscoring charts at the moment. United will be confident though and go into the game on the back of a 3-0 win over Everton and when they click going forwards they are thrilling to watch, meaning BTTS looks a banker here.
- Liverpool v Southampton (4/5 with Bet365) – Liverpool haven’t had too many goals in them this season but they should find some against a Southampton side who have been brilliant for BTTS coupons so far this term and if Ronald Koeman’s men put in a similar performance to the one against Leicester it could be raining goals at Anfield.
