The international break is over, with normal service resuming this weekend. That’s a delight for most fans, who will love having top level action back. We’re once again on the hunt for some high scoring matches, which should hopefully pay out big for us in the end. With some high quality clashes ahead, and the Premier League lacking top notch defenders, we think this is the perfect time for a both teams to score bet or three. With a full round of fixtures back, we’re making the most of the return of England’s top flight.
The weekend starts with Manchester City taking on Liverpool, which should be a thriller given how the Reds saw off Arsenal. We’ve got clashes between the last two Premier League champions, plus Everton taking on Tottenham, and that’s just Saturday alone. With so many great games we’ve put together our both teams to score tips for the weekend, and we think there are a few bankers and some great value flying around. Saturday 9th September 2017
- Manchester City v Liverpool (1/2 with Ladbrokes) – Man City have yet to add enough to their defence, with the centre backs still lacking, while Liverpool are still looking vulnerable. We can’t see anything but goals here.
- Arsenal v Bournemouth (8/13 with Coral) – Arsenal face Bournemouth in a potential banana skin, with the Gunners still in trouble at the back. The Cherries hit four in two meetings with Arsenal last term, and we see them grabbing a goal this weekend.
- Brighton v West Brom (11/10 with Bet365) – Brighton have a great chance to get a goal this weekend, with West Brom conceding at nine of the bottom 10 last season. However, they also scored at nine of the bottom 10, so goals are great value here.
- Everton v Tottenham (4/5 with Coral) – Everton had a strong record at home to the top sides last term, and they can hurt this Spurs defence here. However, the visitors have more than enough to break through the Toffees’ backline.
- Leicester v Chelsea (7/10 with BetVictor) – Leicester head into this game with an impressive choice of strikers, and they should trouble a Chelsea side who have conceded in four of their last five in the league.
Sunday 10th September 2017
- Burnley v Crystal Palace (evens with Ladbrokes) – Palace’s awful defensive record is set to continue here, but the Eagles are improving up front and they should be able to extend Burnley’s wait for a clean sheet this season.
- Swansea v Newcastle (10/11 with Bet365) – The Swans have burst into life with Tammy Abraham announcing himself while Wilfred Bony is back at the club. Their only issue now is defensively, having conceded far too many last term, something we expect to continue here.
