This weekend sees the first domestic honour in England handed out as Manchester City and Liverpool battle it out for the League Cup at Wembley on Sunday afternoon. That game is just one of our seven BTTS tips for this week as we also bring you the best of the action from the Premier League, La Liga and the Championship.
Saturday 27th February 2016
- West Ham v Sunderland (5/6 with Coral) – West Ham will be looking to make up some ground on Manchester United on Saturday and you’d fancy them to score against one of the worst defences in the division, however at the other end Sunderland have been a bit more successful and with ex-Hammer Jermain Defoe in their ranks, they certainly have goals in them.
- Watford v Bournemouth (10/11 with Betfred) – Watford and Bournemouth came up together last season and both find themselves out of the relegation zone and we think that there could be goals in this clash. The Hornets have two in form strikers but the Cherries have goals throughout their side and this should be an entertaining game with plenty of goalmouth action.
- Leicester City v Norwich City (19/20 with Bet365) – Leicester find themselves at the top of the league thanks to their attacking players as they have been a bit suspect at the back this season. Whilst they should help themselves to a few goals against Norwich, they have the potential to concede a few as well.
- Fulham v Middlesbrough (5/6 with Bet365) – Games involving Fulham have seen more goals than those involving any other side in the Championship this term and we think that there’ll be goals at Craven Cottage as the west London side come up against a Boro side looking to break back into the automatic promotion spots.
- Real Betis v Rayo Vallecano (7/10 with BetVictor) – We’re backing there to be goals in this game from La Liga and both of these sides have played their part in some high scoring games lately with four of Rayo’s last six matches ending 2-2. A win here would take either side towards mid table and whilst it could go either way, we think that there will be goals aplenty.

- Manchester United v Arsenal (19/20 with Coral) – Manchester United have started scoring goals again, however they have still been losing matches and they will be up against it this weekend as Arsenal make the trip north. The Gunners may well concede, but they have more than enough about them to trouble this United defence.
- Liverpool v Manchester City (7/10 with Bet365) – This one is a tough one to call but we don’t think that it will be a tense and cagey final with both sides preferring to play on the front foot. Liverpool have been inconsistent under Jürgen Klopp but they have the quality to turn City over and this could be a fascinating battle between Daniel Sturridge and Sergio Aguero.
