- Bosnia and Herzegovina v Iran (5/6 with Bet365) – Bosnia might be out of the World Cup but they will be very eager to get their first win on the board here. Iran, meanwhile, looked a real attacking force against Argentina in their last match and we could see this match producing plenty of chances at both ends as two sides with little to lose go all out on the attack.
- Nigeria v Argentina (20/21 with BetVictor) – A win for Nigeria here would guarantee them top spot in Group F, and the way the World Cup is going, we wouldn’t be too surprise if that happened. The West Africans will certainly be going for it and though they probably won’t get the victory, they should get at least a consolation goal in another match that looks like being a very open affair.
- Ecuador v France (3/4 with Ladbrokes) – France have been one of the best sides at the tournament with their dynamic brand of attacking football and their current haul of eight goals in two matches. They looked a little suspect at the back against Switzerland, however, and we think Ecuador can capitalise – at least enough to help us win our BTTS bet!

- Portugal v Ghana (4/7 with Bet365) – Either of these sides would progress to the Round of 16 if they win here and the other Group G match doesn’t end all-square. As such we fancy both these sides – who are far better in attack than defence – will be very gung-ho here as they seek those three points. Result? Both teams scoring and us winning a pile of cash!
- USA v Germany (37/40 with BetVictor) – While the cynics might predict a 0-0 draw from this one – a result that would send both through to the second round – we fancy both will be going all out for victory, and given both have scored two or more goals in each of their two previous matches at the tournament, backing both to score here looks a safe enough option.
- Algeria v Russia (Evens with Coral) – Algeria came alive against South Korea, who they beat 4-2. Russia have been sadly lacking in attack, but they’ll have no choice but to open up here and evens represents top value for both teams to score in our opinion as both sides are still in with a shout of progressing in the tournament.
