After an international break which saw England continue their 100% record in qualifying, the Premier League and Championship return to action this week and teams will be looking to put themselves in a good position for the second half of the season. Arsenal versus Manchester United is the pick of the fixtures, but as always we have a whole range of great BTTS tips for you.
Saturday 22nd November 2014
- Newcastle v QPR (5/6 with BetVictor) – A resurgent Newcastle welcome lowly QPR to St James’ Park on Saturday. Newcastle have won their last four matches in the league and will no doubt be full of confidence going into the match. QPR, who lie one point from safety, have been scoring regularly, but have been failing to get results, yet with Charlie Austin and Bobby Zamora up front they are certainly capable of goals.
- Everton v West Ham (8/11 with Ladbrokes) – Both teams have scored in nine out of the last 11 meetings between the two sides and that run looks set to continue this Sunday with West Ham finding themselves in the upper reaches of the table. Summer signing Diafra Sakho has notched six in his last seven league games for the Hammers, whilst Everton always look dangerous going forward.
- Manchester City v Swansea City (4/5 with Ladbrokes) – Swansea will be looking to take full advantage of Manchester City’s stuttering form by bagging some goals at the Etihad. They will be full of confidence after coming from behind to beat Arsenal last time out, whilst in Sergio Aguero they have one of the most in-form strikers in the league.
- Arsenal v Manchester United (13/20 with Ladbrokes) – One of the classic Premier League matches takes place this Sunday and with both teams very much geared to attacking, there could well be plenty of goals at the Emirates on Saturday.

- Crystal Palace v Liverpool (4/5 with BetVictor) – Having conceded 18 in their last nine away matches in the league, Palace will be looking to exploit a leaky Liverpool defence. The last time these two met in the league at Selhurst Park, it ended 3-3 and another goalfest is on the cards come Sunday.
- Hull City v Tottenham Hotspur (4/5 with Bet365) – Both teams have endured tough starts to the season and have been largely inconsistent. However, Steve Bruce and Mauricio Pochettino will have this game marked out as a match to turn that around and both teams will be going for it this week at the KC Stadium.
Monday 24th November 2014
- Southampton v Aston Villa (4/5 with Ladbrokes) – With the worst attack in the league travelling to the meanest defence in the league, this is not a game which would be expected to end in both teams scoring. However, the international break may well have broken up Southampton’s momentum and with Christian Benteke approaching something like full match fitness, we’ll be backing both teams to find the net on Monday.
