The FA Cup is back this weekend and with the teams just two victories away from Wembley, the lower league sides will be dreaming of an appearance at the famous ground. They will all however, have to make it past Premier League opposition to reach the last eight and it is only Watford against Leeds which doesn’t make our both teams to score tips for this week.
Saturday 20th February 2016
- Arsenal v Hull City (19/20 with Betfair) – This one is a rematch of the 2014 FA Cup final although whilst we can’t see there being the same level of drama, we do think that both sides will score in this one. Arsenal will field a weakened side which will mean that Hull will get chances to score at the Emirates.
- Reading v West Bromwich Albion (evens with Bet365) – Reading have scored nine goals in their last two FA Cup matches and we think that there will be goals in this one. West Brom have been involved in some high scoring FA Cup games already this season and this one could well be another.
- Bournemouth v Everton (8/11 with Ladbrokes) – Having drawn 3-3 with the Toffees on the south coast already this season, Bournemouth will be confident that they can hit the back of the net in this one. That said, Everton have been excellent going forwards this season and it is unlikely that the home side will be able to keep them out over the course of 90 minutes.

- Blackburn Rovers v West Ham (5/6 with Betfair) – Blackburn Rovers have lost their star striker, but we still think they have goals in them and they have enough about them to hit the back of the net in this fixture at Ewood Park. Their visitors are West Ham, a side who have taken part in their fair share of high scoring games this season and we like the look of BTTS in this one.
- Chelsea v Manchester City (4/5 with Betfair) – Both of these sides will have one eye on Europe but we still think that we will see a good game as City travel to west London. Both sides have been scoring a lot of late and odds of 4/5 on BTTS look like good value.
- Tottenham Hotspur v Crystal Palace (20/21 with BetVictor) – Tottenham have a great defensive record but with rotations likely, we think that Crystal Palace will be able to get amongst the goals on Sunday although we can’t see them keeping a clean sheet against a good quality Spurs side.

- Shrewsbury Town v Manchester United (23/20 with BetVictor) – Shrewsbury Town and Manchester United have never met before so this will be a journey into the unknown for both sides. Under Louis van Gaal, United have struggled against lower league opposition and Shrewsbury are a side who have made life difficult for a number of Premier League sides over the years.
