This week sees derby matches in both Manchester and west London and it looks very likely that there will be plenty of goals as Manuel Pellegrini takes his side to Old Trafford and Queens Park Rangers play host to their more affluent neighbours Chelsea.

Saturday 11th April 2015
- Tottenham Hotspur v Aston Villa (10/11 with Betfred) – Tim Sherwood will have his side fired up as he travels to the club where he spent four years as a player and a few months as manager. Spurs haven’t kept many clean sheets this season and with Hugo Lloris out their task will be made more difficult. However, they have shone at the other end, down in no small part to Harry Kane, and we fancy there to be goals at White Hart Lane.
- West Bromwich Albion v Leicester City (10/11 with Betfred) – West Brom have conceded seven goals in their last two games, a surprising stat for a side managed by Tony Pulis, whilst Leicester have scored five in their last two. The Foxes are bottom of the table for a reason, though, and it could be an intriguing game in the Midlands with goals for both sides.
- Burnley v Arsenal (9/10 with BetVictor) – Arsenal have been in a rich vein of form with Olivier Giroud on fire at the moment however Turf Moor is not an easy place to go. Tottenham were held to a draw last week and Manchester City have left empty handed from Lancashire and we’d back Burnley to get themselves on the scoresheet, even if they fail to win.
- Derby County v Brentford (7/10 with Ladbrokes) – Both teams have hit the back of the net in the last six meetings between these two and with both sides gunning for promotion it could be a very tense affair at the iPro Stadium in the Championship’s televised game. Brentford haven’t kept a clean sheet since they beat Blackpool towards the end of February and Derby had a similar record before they beat Wigan 2-0 last weekend.
- Leeds United v Cardiff City (17/20 with BetVictor) – Both of these sides have very little to play for other than pride and this fixture generally produces plenty of goals. Cardiff have scored on their last seven visits to Elland Road. Going forward, Leeds can be quite impressive at times and they certainly have enough quality to trouble the visitors’ defence.

- Queens Park Rangers v Chelsea (6/5 with Sky Bet) – After battering West Brom last week, the R’s will be riding high on confidence for the visit of Chelsea. Both teams hit the back of the net when the two sides met earlier in the season and the Hoops have scored in their last six matches in the Premier League.
- Manchester United v Manchester City (8/11 with Betfred) – United are certainly the form team going into this derby but it would be foolish to write off a City side who are jam packed with talent. United have conceded in three of their last four matches whilst five of the last six meetings between these two at Old Trafford have seen both teams score.
